Booking: When booking online, please verify that you have received an email confirming your appointment. Contact the salon asap if not. We don’t want anything preventing you from looking beautiful.

Cancellations: Please give 24-hour notice for any cancellations, otherwise your 1st cancellation will be a notice. (We understand life happens.) Your 2nd cancellation will incur a fee of $35 and a retrieval of a credit card number. Your 3rd cancellation will incur a fee of the full charge of the service booked. We reserve the right to refuse scheduling of future services.
