Fraudulent contributors to Google and other user-generated review sites, are to be named and shamed via subpoena for IP addresses from review sites and account holder information from ISPs. People who post fake online reviews are granted a two-week period to remove them or face legal action. Next month we will publish a list of reviewers we confirm to be posting fraudulent and defamatory comments.
