At The Black Hawk Casino, our goal is a rather simple one, to have the friendliest, most helpful staff, and to provide our customers with a best in class gaming experience. We are constantly looking for new ways to improve our customer’s experience. In the past two years alone, we have completely remodeled the exterior of our facility, installed new carpet, dramatically upgraded our heating and cooling system, and added a state-of-the-art smoke filtration system.
